I kickstart my day with a cup of black coffee in the morning, savoring the fact that it's allowed during fasting periods. My breakfast kicks in around 10 am, followed by lunch at 2 pm, and a cozy family dinner at 5 pm. That marks the end of my daily meals. I've noticed improved sleep quality, heightened focus, and a refreshing shift away from food obsession.

However, I'm not immune to the challenges. My Achilles' heel is refined sugar, especially in the form of tempting chocolate bars and cookies. Once I start, it's hard to resist. It's a work in progress, and I'm striving to overcome this hurdle. The journey is about progress, not perfection, right?
